Early Wisdom Living is a faith-based shared housing provider offering furnished room rentals in peaceful shared living environments. We structure our homes with wisdom, simplicity, and respect to support stable, long-term independent adults preferably 62 years of age and older.
Independent Shared Housing
Early Wisdom Living Housing provides furnished room rentals in shared residential homes for preferably independent adults age 62 and older seeking affordable, long-term housing in a peaceful neighborhood setting.
Our homes are designed to support stability, simplicity, and respectful shared living among adults in a similar stage of life.
Housing includes:
• Private and shared furnished bedrooms
• Access to shared common areas
• Utilities and Wi-Fi included
• On-site laundry access
• Established residential neighborhoods
• Long-term tenancy options
Our focus is independent long-term housing —by providing a calm, well structured environment where residents maintain their independence while enjoying the benefits of shared living.
Early Wisdom Living does not provide medical care, personal care, supervision, or assisted living services. Residents live independently and manage their own daily routines.
Re-Entry Shared Housing
Early Wisdom Living Re-Entry Housing provides furnished room rentals in shared residential homes for preferably independent seniors rebuilding stability after incarceration.
We serve returning citizens, parolees, and individuals transitioning back into the community who are housing-ready and capable of independent living.
Our re-entry homes are separate from our senior housing and are structured to provide:
• Private and shared furnished bedrooms
• Access to shared common areas
• Utilities and Wi-Fi included
• Stable residential neighborhoods
• Clear shared living parolee guidelines
• Long-term tenancy opportunities
Our focus is re-entry housing — providing a stable, respectful environment that supports parolees requirements, personal responsibility and independent living.
Early Wisdom Living does not provide supervision, case management, treatment services, or personal care. Residents live independently and are responsible for managing their own daily routines.

- Dining Area – A comfortable place to enjoy meals and maintain routine

- Laundry Area – Convenient on-site laundry access
- Residential Neighborhood Setting – Located in established communities throughout Los Angeles and the Inland Empire

Early Wisdom Concierge Services (EWCS)
Early Wisdom Concierge Services provides optional convenience resource referrals to help Early Wisdom Living residents connect with trusted third-party service providers in the local community.
EWCS is designed to help residents save time, reduce stress, and maintain a comfortable routine while continuing to live independently. Residents may request general referral information for services such as:
• Transportation providers
• Laundry services
• Cleaning services
• Food delivery options
• Hair stylist or grooming services
• Other non-medical community services
EWCS does not provide direct services, coordination, scheduling, supervision, or case management. We simply provide referral information upon request.
EWCS and Early Wisdom Living do not provide medical care, personal care, medication management, transportation, housekeeping, or treatment services.
All referrals are voluntary and resident-directed. Residents independently contact and contract with any third-party vendors they choose to use.
EWCS and EWL does not provide medical care, personal care, or supervision.
All support is voluntary, resident-directed, and delivered through third-party vendors.
